Inaugural Digital Data in Biodiversity Research Conference

iDigBio and the University of Michigan has organized, on the 5th and 6th of May 2017, the inaugural conference on Digital Data in Biodiversity Research, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This conference has brought together researchers from United States, Canada and all over the world, and was a great opportunity to discover new projects, tools or discussions about Biodiversity Research. Canadensys has been invited to participate in one of the workshop organized during the conference.

Digital Data and the North American Nodes of the Global Biodiversity Information Facility

Representatives of the GBIF North American nodes has been invited to meet and discussed, in a town hall style session, the relationships, contributions, collaborations, and immediate plans for cooperative work across the Canadian and US country nodes, and the other North American Nodes such as iDigBio and Canadensys. Anne Bruneau gives a talk about Canadensys and the new tools currently developed by our team.
